Jürgen Kaiser has more than 20 years of leadership experience as managing director and CFO of international companies. In 2013, a multi-year project led him to South Korea, where he set up the PPP division at SAMSUNG C&T.
Since his return to Austria, he has implemented several successful restructurings, reorganisations (judical and extrajudical), as well as M&A and PPP projects in the role of interim managing director and/or Interim-CFO.
Jürgen Kaiser has acquired an outstanding international network from these numerous projects, is a member of various trade associations and holds various certifications in the areas of corporate finance, controlling and risk management as well as restructuring and reorganisation.
Furthermore he is a trained Systemic Business Coach.
In 2020 Jürgen Kaiser received the
Interim Manager of the Year award from
the Austrian Interim Management association.
He was also nominated for the
Constantinus Award 2020 in the
"Management Consulting" category.
