Josef Kainz has over 20 years of management experience as MD and CFO of international companies, both in series production and the plant engineering industry. In addition, he has a wealth of experience in the branded goods industry. Since 2011 he has worked as interim manager and takes over line management responsibility very quickly and effectively. He specializes in companies in exceptional

situations. His focus is on the conception and implementation of reorganization, restructuring and recapitalization in response to crises, on the acquisition and integration of companies, the partial sale of companies and on carve-out issues, including production relocation and plant closures. In the course of several refinancing projects in the automotive industry, he has also acquired extensive

expertise in the management of bank covenants in an international context.


From his numerous projects, Josef Kainz has acquired an excellent international network. In addition, he is an alumnus of IMAP (International Mergers & Acquisition Partnership), where he was employed as a partner in the Austrian branch for several years.


Katharina Sigl is the owner of management consultancy redstep. She has successfully developed and implemented marketing, communication and training concepts for 25 years. For more than 23 years, she managed the didactic and marketing divisions of an international innovation company in the industry.

Katharina Sigl accompanies both national and international clients with a consulting focus on strategy, innovation and conceptual design. Companies such as Moser Medical, Beckhoff and WEKA along with many others rely on her expertise, which she uses, among other things, as a juror for the Austrian State Prize for Marketing and as a member of the board of Marketing Club Austria.

Oliver Strass looks back on more than 20 years of management experience as CFO of internationally active companies. As a qualified interim manager, his focus is on the organization and adaptation of finance departments, the introduction of ERP systems, optimization of data analysis and reporting, and on the digitization and automation of the financial sector. Oliver Strass is experienced with international corporate requirements and structures, as well as with IFRS and US GAAP. Numerous

In her function as Head of Innovations Management in one of Austria’s largest textile industry companies, Annabell Pehlivan gained experience in developing innovation teams as well as in implementing completely new business models as the new mainstay of the company. She has supervised numerous innovation processes, most recently as managing director of the GRANTIRO Initiative in Vienna, especially for companies in special situations and crises.


She passes on her expertise as lecturer at technical colleges, universities and conferences and gives seminars on creative skills, idea generation, business modeling and memory training. After graduating in “Product Marketing & Project Management” and “Strategic Innovation Management”, her training as systemic consultant & coach rounds off her profile.
